The Dental Visits a Pleasure App and the Dental Procedure Track have helped many enjoy a comfortable and pleasing dental experience.
In 1982 Ron Eslinger recorded his first "Preparing for Surgery and During Surgery Tapes". In 2000, Blue Shield of California reported they had a new tactic to ease surgery: The insurer sends members a 20-minute guided-imagery tape or CD. Patients listen to it several times before surgery and experience less anxiety before surgery, and less blood loss and pain after surgery. They even need less medical care and medication.

Ron's soothing voice on this app guides the listener through a progressive relaxation and guided imagery in preparation for a very pleasant and comfortable dental visit. The Bio-Rhythmic Music is designed to listen to during the actual dental procedure. There is a mixture of guided imagery suggestions and relaxing biorhythmic music coupled with sleep enhancing Theta waves to create a calm and serene tranquil feeling.

Five Critical Features for Relaxation
Place: Find a quiet room where you can work undisturbed.

Position: To learn progressive relaxation, all parts of your body must be comfortably supported. Find a bed, a couch, or a recliner.

Clothing: Wear loose clothing.

Time: Designate about fifteen minutes daily. Try to schedule a fixed time everyday so you won't forget to do your progressive relaxation.

Focus: Try to focus on the particular sensations that come from letting go of tension.

Highly Recommended for anyone scared of Dentist March 24, 2015
Reviewer: Dave from Knoxville, TN United States
I was scared of Dentist, needles, and drills, but now I enjoy going to the Dentist.

I had a bad experience with getting my wisdom teeth pulled a few years back, and was scared to go back.

The tooth next to the wisdom tooth that got pulled was cracked in the process and years later became infected.

I used Ron's program before and during my procedure and actually enjoyed it.

This program is great for anyone scared of Dentist and about to have a procedure done.
