The purchaser may use the Royalty Free Six Pack Sounds of Nature free of royalties and commission in exchange for a signed license agreement (enclosed with this product) and a purchase fee of $59.95, provided that the following terms are agreed to:
The purchaser agrees not to sell to or share the CDs or copies of the CDs with others separate from this agreement at any time, in any form (mechanical, or electronic). The purchaser further agrees to include the words:

On each CD label and any packaging material in an eight (8) or larger font.
Royalty Free Six Pack Sounds of Nature or any part there in cannot be sold on a web site or through any commercial enterprise Without Express permission from Healthy Visions.
