The Copyright owner known as Healthy Visions and Michael R. Eslinger give License to the purchaser the right to use the Audio CDs in the Royalty Free Alpha Tone and Theta Tone in the following manner:
Background music with clients or presentations by the purchaser
Duplicate for the use of hypnosis / hypnotherapy clients of the purchaser
Permission to duplicate and sell to Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy clients
Use as background in audio recordings recorded by the purchaser
The purchaser may use the Royalty Free Alpha Tone and Theta Tone free of royalties and commission in exchange for a signed license agreement (enclosed with this product) and a purchase fee of $74.95, provided that the following terms are agreed to:
The purchaser agrees not to sell to or share the CDs or copies of the CDs with others separate from this agreement at any time, in any form (mechanical, or electronic). The purchaser further agrees to include the words:
Music by Healthy Visions, www.healthyvisions.net.
On each CD label and any packaging material in an eight (8) or larger font.
Royalty Free Alpha Tone and Theta Tone or any part there in cannot be sold on a web site or through any commercial enterprise Without Express permission from Healthy Visions.
This license is non-transferable and not to be shared. All users of the Royalty Free Alpha Tone and Theta Tone agree to use its Music CDs at their own risk.
Purchase of this product signifies an agreement to the above. |
